03Refrigeration troubleBuilt-in JennAir refrigerators breathe through a grille at the top or bottom. A dirty condenser or a failing fan can make them run warm.

Why does installation information help with JennAir repair?

Why is my JennAir wall oven not heating?
Check that the oven isn’t in a lockout or Sabbath mode and that the breaker is on. If one oven of a double wall oven heats and the other doesn’t, the problem is usually in that oven’s elements, sensor or control relay rather than the whole unit. Tell us which oven, which mode and any code on the display.
My JennAir downdraft vent won’t rise or isn’t pulling smoke. Can you fix it?
Yes. Raised downdraft vents use a lift motor, and every downdraft depends on a blower and clean filters. Clean or check the filter first. If the vent won’t move, or the fan runs weak or loud, we test the motor, blower and controls.
