Does my ice machine need cleaning or repair?
We start with a diagnosis. We check how the machine runs, its water supply, drainage and any buildup, then explain whether it needs professional cleaning, a repair or both. You get our recommendation and an estimate before any work begins.
How often should an ice machine be cleaned?

Is a standalone ice machine the same as a refrigerator ice maker?
No. A standalone ice machine has its own water, drain and refrigeration systems. A refrigerator ice maker operates within the refrigerator. Identify the equipment type and model when booking so the visit and preparation match the machine.
The water dispenser works. Why is there no ice?
The dispenser and the ice maker share the water line, but fill timing, freezer temperature, controls and the ice maker itself can still fail. Share the refrigerator model when you book.
Why did my refrigerator ice maker stop making ice?
Common causes are a frozen fill line, a failed water valve, a clogged filter, a freezer running too warm or a worn ice maker assembly. We test the water supply and freezer temperature before replacing the ice maker.
How much does ice maker or ice machine repair cost?
