Why does my Samsung refrigerator ice maker keep freezing up?
On French-door models with the ice maker in the door, cold air and moisture can build frost inside the ice compartment until the ice maker or bucket jams. Defrosting it helps for a while, but the ice usually comes back. A lasting repair deals with why the frost forms, such as the compartment’s seal, drain or airflow, instead of just melting it.
My Samsung washer shows a code and won’t finish the cycle. What should I do?
Note the code, turn the washer off for a minute and run a drain-and-spin cycle. Make sure the load is balanced and the door or lid closes fully. If the code comes back, tell us the code and the model number when you book; it tells us which system to test first.
