What if I smell gas around the grill?
Turn nothing on or off and get away from the grill. From a safe distance, call 911 and your gas company or propane supplier. Book the repair once the area has been made safe.
Can you switch my grill from propane to natural gas?
Fuel conversion is a separate scope and requires manufacturer-approved equipment and instructions. Call with the model; a repair appointment does not automatically include a conversion.
How much does grill repair cost?
An igniter or valve is a different job from a burner set or a corroded firebox. We inspect the grill, then give you a written estimate. Service call fee waived with completed repair.
What information helps diagnose a grill that heats unevenly?
Tell us the grill model, fuel type and which burners are affected. A photo of the installation also helps us plan access. Ignition, burner condition and airflow need model-specific assessment; one symptom does not identify the failed part.
What warranty comes with a grill repair?
You get a 1-year labor warranty plus a 1-year warranty on the qualified parts we install in your grill.
