A better way to get back on track
Bosch dishwasher, refrigerator and oven repair.
We repair Bosch dishwashers, refrigerators, wall ovens, ranges and cooktops in homes across Edmond and Oklahoma City. Bosch builds quiet, tightly engineered appliances, so a good repair starts with the exact model number and a clear description of the symptom: a code on the display, water left in the tub, a compartment running warm. We find the cause, explain it, and give you a written estimate before any work begins.

When something goes wrong
Bosch dishwasher, refrigerator and oven problems.
Tell us what you are seeing. We will help determine the practical next step.
01Dishwasher not drainingStanding water usually points to a clogged filter, a blocked drain hose or a drain pump that has stopped. On many models an E24 or E25 code points to this drain path.
02Dishes still wetBosch dries with condensation, so plastics often stay damp by design. Wet glass and dishes on every load point to empty rinse aid or a heater that no longer warms the final rinse.
03Water leaksAn E15 code and a dishwasher that won’t start usually means water reached the base pan and tripped the leak sensor. We find where it came from: door seal, hose, pump or sump.
04Refrigerator not coolingA warm fresh-food section with a cold freezer often traces to airflow: a fan, a frosted-over evaporator or the defrost system. Note both temperatures before you call.
05Oven temperature issuesSlow preheat, burnt bottoms or underdone centers can come from an element, the convection fan, the temperature sensor or the control. Tell us which mode is affected.
06Error codes or controlsWrite the code down exactly as shown and when it appears. A Bosch code narrows the search, but we test the part before replacing it.

Bosch repair FAQs
What Bosch appliances does Near repair?
All of them. We repair all brands, makes, and models — every Bosch appliance, including dishwashers, refrigerators, wall ovens and ranges & cooktops. Have your model number ready when you call (405) 534-4788 so we can bring the right parts.
What should I have ready before my Bosch service visit?
The model and serial number, a short description of what the appliance is doing, any error code on the display and when the problem started. Here’s how to find your model number.
Why can a Bosch dishwasher leave water after a cycle?
A clogged filter, a kinked drain hose, a disposal knockout plug that was never removed, a drain pump problem or a control fault can all leave water behind. Twist out and rinse the filter in the bottom of the tub and check the hose under the sink first. If water still stands, book a visit and tell us any code on the display.
My Bosch dishwasher shows E15. What does that mean?
E15 means the leak protection has found water in the base of the dishwasher and shut it down; the drain pump may keep running. Turn the dishwasher off and don’t keep restarting it. The leak has to be found and fixed and the base dried before it will run normally. Call (405) 534-4788 and we’ll diagnose where the water came from.
Why are my plastic containers still wet after a Bosch cycle?
Bosch dishwashers dry by condensation instead of a heating element: the hot final rinse warms the dishes and moisture condenses on the cooler stainless tub. Plastics hold less heat, so some water on them is normal. Keep the rinse aid filled and open the door a little after the cycle. If glass and dishes come out wet too, the heater or rinse-aid dispenser needs a check.
Why is my Bosch refrigerator warm while the freezer stays cold?
When the fan or defrost system that moves cold air into the refrigerator section stops working, the refrigerator warms up while the freezer keeps going. Note both temperatures and any frost you can see, and tell us the model when you book. Keep the doors closed as much as possible until the visit.
How much does Bosch repair cost?
Every Bosch repair is priced by the job rather than by the hour. After we diagnose the problem, you see a written estimate and decide whether to go ahead. Service call fee waived with completed repair.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Our technicians take Bosch repair appointments 7 days a week, 9 AM–6 PM. Book online any time, day or night, or call (405) 534-4788.
What warranty comes with a Bosch repair?
Our warranty on Bosch repair is simple: 1 year on labor and 1 year on qualified installed parts.
